<br />1 .~ ,- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Helds July 28,l~61 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br /> <br />Re~ar <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosev1lle, <br /> <br />Minnesota, w~s duly held in the Council Chambers in said <br /> <br />Village, at 2101 North Lexington, on Friday, the 28th day <br /> <br />of July, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />The following menmers were present. <br />r-iayor Cedarholm, Trustees Flanagan. Heinecke and HaGee <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />After discussion, Trustee Fl~gan <br /> <br />, introduced and <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 466 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR CONCRE~E <br />CURBING AND GUTTERS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution previously passed ij{the <br /> <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville, the village Engineer <br /> <br />has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of <br /> <br />Arthur Place, being Street Improvement No.1, and has presented <br /> <br />i)ians and specifications for a portion of said improvement, re- <br /> <br />lating to concrete curbing and gutters, to the Council for agro- <br /> <br />val; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications relating to said concrete <br />curbing and gutters, being made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
