<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 17th <br /> <br />day of May, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were pm sent: Mayor Moll and <br /> <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5657 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT ST-7l-20 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Rosevil1e <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted March 15, 1971, the Council has <br />directed the Village Public Works Director to prepare a prelUninary <br />report as tothe feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting <br />of providing a storm sewer outlet for that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville lying west of Trunk Highway 280 and south of County <br />Road B by the construction of an estUnated 3300 feet of 15 foot <br />diameter tunnel, 2800 feet of 10 foot diameter tunnel, and a <br />deep vertical drop shaft structure, to be constructed by the <br />City of Saint Paul within the City of Saint Paul. The Village <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report <br />the estUnated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such ~rovement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />
