Official Depository. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02, <br /> Subdivision 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official <br /> depositories for municipal funds: <br /> a) US Bank <br /> b) Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union <br /> c) Wells Fargo Bank,N.A. <br /> Investment Brokers: <br /> a) Dain Rauscher Corporation <br /> b) Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC <br /> c) Wells Fargo Securities, LLC <br /> d) 4M Fund sponsored by LMC (liquid asset and plus funds) <br /> e) Wells Fargo Advisors <br /> Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the <br /> City Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br /> a) Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin <br /> The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br /> newspapers for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br /> Section 3. Mawr Pro-Tem. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.121, <br /> Councilmember Fran Holmes is appointed Mayor Pro-Tem and is to perform the duties of <br /> the Mayor during the absence or disqualification of the Mayor or in the case of a vacancy <br /> in the office of the Mayor. <br />
