ARZEN ]HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-021 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND FOR THE 2011 <br /> PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City <br /> Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br /> improvement of the City of Arden Hills 2011 Pavement Management Program improvement <br /> of the following streets: <br /> Amble Road, from Hamline Avenue to dead end, <br /> and parcels on the east end of Amble Road accessing from a common private drive; <br /> Arden View Court, from Arden View Drive to cul-de-sac; <br /> Arden View Drive Entrance/Exit, from Hamline Avenue to Arden View Drive; <br /> Arden View Drive, from Arden View Court to 761' east of Royal Hills; <br /> Colleen Court, from Colleen Avenue to cul-de-sac; <br /> Dellwood Street, from Nursery Hill Court to Amble Road; <br /> Janet Court, from Lake Valentine Road to cul-de-sac; <br /> Nursery Hill Lane, from Hamline Avenue to Nursery Hill Court; <br /> Nursery Hill Court, from Nursery Hill Lane to cul-de-sac; _ <br /> Wyncrest Court, from Hamline Avenue to cul-de-sac; <br /> Wyncrest Lane, from Wyncrest Court to Wynridge Drive; <br /> Wynridge Drive, from Wyncrest Court to cul-de-sac. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council that: <br /> 1. Such proposed assessment roll, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br /> is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br /> therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br /> proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> 2. Such assessment assessed against each parcel of land shall be payable in equal annual <br /> installments extending over a period of seven (7) years, unless prepaid, the first of the <br /> installments to be payable with general taxes levied in 2011, collectible with such taxes <br /> during the year of 2012. The assessment shall bear interest at the rate of 4.4 percent per <br /> annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment <br />
