EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SOUTH WATER TOWER REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the South Water Tower <br /> Rehabilitation Project: <br /> Asbury Avenue North from municipal boundary to Glenhill Road <br /> Asbury Avenue North from Glenhill Road to Edgewater Avenue <br /> Ridgewood Road North from the municipal boundary to the cul-de-sac <br /> Glenhill Road from Asbury Avenue North to Snelling Avenue North <br /> Edgewater Avenue from Asbury Avenue North to Ridgewood Road <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Classic Protective Coatings, Inc., of Menomonie, <br /> Wisconsin, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$783,250.00; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Classic Protective Coatings, Inc., for $783,250.00 in the name of the City of <br /> Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> 2.
