'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br /> A PRIORITIZED BRIDGE REPLACEMENT LIST. <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has established the State Transportation Fund (State <br /> Bridge Bond Fund) to assist local government agencies in the replacement of deficient bridges, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, prior to applying for funding assistance, the City needs to establish a <br /> Prioritized Bridge Replacement List, and <br /> WHEREAS,the establishment of a Prioritized Bridge Replacement List requires that the <br /> City hold a public hearing <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> A public hearing shall be held on the Prioritized Bridge Replacement List on the 27th day <br /> of January, 2014, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br /> Administrator shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br /> by law. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 13th DAY OF JANUARY, 2014. <br /> L�1 'a2 J, <br /> David Grant, MAYOR <br /> ATT ST: <br /> Amy Dietl, C41TY CLERK <br />
