ORDINANCE NO.2014-004 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2014-004 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br /> MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTIES. <br /> THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br /> MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1315.01, IS <br /> HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br /> following described properties have been re-zoned to a POS zone (Parks and Open Space <br /> District): <br /> Described Properties <br /> 1. The property located at 1791 Chatham Avenue with property identification number <br /> 283023420023, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District) and is <br /> generally located south of County Road E2 West, east of New Brighton Road, west of <br /> Chatham Avenue, and north of the Soo Line Railroad, and is described by the following legal <br /> description: <br /> Park 2, Chatham Fourth Addition <br /> 2.
