STATE OF" MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Resolution No. 81-6 ESTABLISHING t_ICENSE AND INVESTI- GATION FEES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AS F2EQUIRED BY OROINANCE NO„ 217 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be established by resolution from time to time adopted by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE=SOLVED that the following fees are hereby established: I. Intoxicating Li�quors (a) On-sale. Upon the basis of the information given in lrhe application of license, and as verified or supplemented by inspection, the license fe:e for "on-sale" liquor licenses shall be tfor a specified sum determined by the area vaithin the proposed establishment which will be u�rilized for the purpose of selling or consumiing intoxicating liquors as follows: (I) 1,999 square feet or less, the minirnum fee $2,500.00 (2) 2,000 to 2,999 square feet, inclusive 3,500,00 (3) 3,OOq to 3,999 square feet, inclusive 4,500.00 (4) 4,000 square feet or more 5,500.00 (b) Sunday sale. License fees for special Sunday "on sale" licenses issued pursuant to section 3-38(e) shali be two hundred dollars ($200.00), (c) Off sale. The license fee for "off sale" liquor lic:enses shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). (d) Clubs. The license fee for "club" liquor licenses :shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), ' (e) Investiga�tion; on sale license applicant. If the inves�tigation has been conducted within the state, th�3 investigation fee shail be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00>. If`the in- vestigation has been conducted outside the state, th�a investigation fee shall be the actual cost of tl7e investigation not to exceed ten thousand ��ollars ($10,000.00). 2. On-sale Wine ' The license fe�3 for "on-sale wine" licenses shall be established from time to time by resolution adopted by the city co�uncil, but shall in no event exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) or one-half of the fee which shall be charged for an "on-sale" liquor license, which��ver is less.
