It <br /> ?AFQEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN ADVANCE FROM THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br /> STREET FUND <br /> WHEREAS,the Municipality of Arden Hills is planning to implement Municipal State Aid <br /> Street Projects in 2015 which will require State Aid funds in excess of those available in its State Aid <br /> Construction Account, and <br /> WHEREAS, said municipality is prepared to proceed with the construction of said project(s) <br /> through the use of an advance from the Municipal State Aid Street Fund to supplement the available <br /> funds in their State Aid Construction Account, and <br /> WHEREAS,the advance is based on the following determination of estimated expenditures: <br /> Account Balance as of date January 12, 2015 $ 166,985.86 <br /> Less Estimated Disbursements: <br /> Project#187-106-003 $267,000 <br /> Project#187-020-015 $ 77,700 <br /> Project#187-020-016 $183,600 <br /> Project#187-020-017 $487,000 <br /> Project#187-104-001 $ 43,600 <br /> Project#187-020-016 $140,000 <br /> Project#187-108-001 $150,000 <br /> Project#187-108-002 $250,000 <br /> Total Estimated Disbursements $1,598,900 <br /> Advance Amount(amount in excess of account balance) $1,100,000 <br /> WHEREAS,repayment of the funds so advanced will be made in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Minnesota Statutes 162.14, Subd. 6, and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 8820.1500, Subp. <br /> l Ob, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Municipality acknowledges advance funds are released on a first-come-first- <br /> serve basis and this resolution does not guarantee the availability of funds. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br />
