moi` �EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING CONTRACT WITH <br /> REPUBLIC SERVICES,INC. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Arden Hills requires the collection and proper management of <br /> recyclables within the corporation limits of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor is engaged in the business of collecting,processing,and <br /> marketing recyclables; <br /> WHEREAS, the City released a request for proposals(RFP) for recyclables collection, <br /> processing,and marketing services on September 10,2014; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Contractor(Republic Services) submitted a proposal in response to the <br /> City's RFP on October 17, 2014, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires to hire the services of the Contractor(Republic Services)and <br /> the Contractor(Republic Services)desires to provide the services to the City; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> That the Recycling Contact for Residential Recycling Services with Republic Services <br /> (Contractor) outlines the requested services by the City and costs for these said services for <br /> eligible Residential Dwelling Units(RDU) and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU). <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 23`d DAY OF FEBRUARY,2015. <br /> ATTEST: DAVID GRANT,MAYOR <br /> �j 6, t l <br /> AMY DIETL, CIT CLERK <br />
