'It <br /> �' DEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ADOPTING A NO-PARKING PROVISION <br /> FOR LEXINGTON AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD F <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Lexington <br /> Avenue and County Road F and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County will be expending County Aid Funds on the <br /> improvements of these streets,and <br /> WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on <br /> both sides of the street and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid <br /> Street must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the <br /> City of Arden Hills, that the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the west side of <br /> Lexington Avenue from County Road F to Cummings Park Drive and on County Road F <br /> from Lexington Avenue to Innovation Way at all times. <br /> ADOPTED by the Council this 30"day of March,2015. <br /> David Grant,MAYOR <br /> ATTR T: <br /> ` -y% 4-1 <br /> Amy Dietl, CITY LERK <br />
