It' <br /> ,--ADEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-003 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2016 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br /> EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of <br /> seven hundred twenty-eight dollars and one cent ($728.62) per month, per employee toward <br /> bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of <br /> seven hundred twenty-eight dollars and one cent($728.62) per month, per employee toward non- <br /> bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve that those employees <br /> selecting single coverage will have their remaining dollars after medical and dental premiums <br /> capped at $1,650 if hired prior to June 29, 2015 and capped at $500 if hired on June 29, 2015 or <br /> after to be deposited in their HSA accounts; <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br /> approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employee benefits as stated <br /> above. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 11th DAY OF JANUARY,2016.
