--A EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2017-012 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> THE 2018 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> Floral Drive from Hamline Avenue to XX feet west of Norma Circle <br /> Norma Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac <br /> Gale Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac <br /> James Circle from Floral Drive to cul-de-sac <br /> Eide Circle from Hamline Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> Indian Oaks Trail from Hamline Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> Indian Oaks Court from James Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> James Avenue from Indian Oaks Trail to Colleen Avenue <br /> Wedgewood Circle from Old Highway 10 to cul-de-sac <br /> Brueberry Lane from Old Highway 10 to Parkshore Drive <br /> Parkshore Drive from Old Highway 10 to cul-de-sac <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to as the 2018 Pavement Management Program <br /> for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br /> or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 24th DAY OF April, 2017. <br /> David Grant,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (LL gkvt6� <br /> J lie Hanson, City Clerk <br />
