<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: September 9, 2015 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2015 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Brent Bartel, Andrew Holewa, Steven <br />Jones, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioners Angela Hames, and Phillip Neururer. <br />Also present were: City Planner Ryan Streff; Associate Planner Matthew Bachler; and <br />Councilmember Robert Woodburn. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – AUGUST 5, 2015 <br /> <br />Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />July 8, 2015 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, to approve the July <br />8, 2015, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PLANNING CASES <br /> <br />A. Planning Case 15-016; Final Planned Unit Development – Arden Plaza; 3527-3557 <br />Lexington Avenue North –Public Hearing Not Required <br /> <br />Associate Planner Bachler stated that the City approved a Master PUD for the Arden Plaza <br />retail center in 2009 (Planning Case 09-011). This site is situated at the southwest corner of the <br />County Road E and Lexington Avenue intersection and is approximately 11 acres in size.
