EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2018-11 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND APPROVING PLANS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS PREPARED BY RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> PURSUANT TO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE <br /> COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br /> improvement of County Road F between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue by cooperative <br /> agreement with Ramsey County, and this report was received by the Council on November 27, <br /> 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council on that date fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed <br /> improvement, provided notice of that hearing as required by law, and conducted the hearing on <br /> February 12, 2018 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br /> heard thereon; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,916,849.00. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the plans and specifications <br /> prepared by Ramsey County pursuant to the cooperative agreement between Ramsey <br /> County and the City dated February 12, 2018, as authorized by state law, including <br /> §471.59 and §429.041, Subd. 5. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 16th DAY OF JANUARY 2018. <br /> /If/cal/10A" <br /> David G rant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jura Hanson, City Clerk <br />
