-ARZEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-018 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> AMENDMENT FOR MOUNDS VIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT AT 1901 LAKE VALENTINE <br /> ROAD TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR REVIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on <br /> January 14, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 13, 2019, the City Council considered an application from Mounds <br /> View School District for an amendment to the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan to change the <br /> future land use designation of the property located at 1901 Lake Valentine Road from Very Low <br /> Density Residential to Public and Institutional; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 13, 2019, the City Council approved the proposed Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment application for Mounds View School District at 1901 Lake Valentine Road, subject to <br /> review by the Metropolitan Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §473.864; and <br /> NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
