'It <br /> �-S I)EN_ HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE LOCATION <br /> OF A POLLING PLACE FOR ELECTIONS <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 2018 the city established polling places held during calendar year <br /> 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, Valentine Hills Elementary School was designated as the polling place to serve all <br /> territory in Arden Hills Precinct 2 located in the City of Arden Hills; Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, Valentine Hills Elementary School has become unavailable to serve as a polling <br /> place for the Election; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 20413.16 authorizes the change in a polling place that <br /> was approved before December 31, 2018 if the polling place is not available. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, State of <br /> Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The polling place for all territory in Arden Hills Precinct 2 located in the City of <br /> Arden Hills; Ramsey County, Minnesota, is hereby changed for elections held in <br /> 2019 from Valentine Hills Elementary School to North Heights Lutheran Church, <br /> 1700 Highway 96 West, Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> 2. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 204B.16, subd. 1 a, the City shall send a <br /> notice of change in this polling place location to each affected household with at least <br /> one registered voter in the precinct.
