�-S DIZEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-023 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> AMENDMENT FOR SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1718, 1720, 1722 PARKSHORE DRIVE <br /> AND 4177 OLD HIGHWAY 10 ROAD TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR <br /> REVIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council on <br /> January 14, 2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2019, the City Council considered an application from Summit <br /> Development for an amendment to the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan to change the future <br /> land use designation of the property located at 1718, 1720, 1722 Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old <br /> Highway 10 Road from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 22, 2019, the City Council approved the proposed Comprehensive Plan <br /> Amendment application for Summit Development at 1718, 1720, 1722 Parkshore Drive and 4177 Old <br /> Highway 10 Road, subject to review by the Metropolitan Council pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br /> §473.864; and <br /> NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
