It' <br /> --ADEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2020-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, <br /> ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN DATED MARCH 7,2019 <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires that each community's <br /> Comprehensive Plan include a Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Comprehensive Sewer Plan was prepared as part of the 2040 Comprehensive <br /> Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS Resolution 2019-041 approved the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> which included the Comprehensive Sewer Plan; and <br /> NOW THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA,that the Arden Hills Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan, dated <br /> March 7, 2019 is adopted and is effective as of the date of this resolution. <br /> ADOPTED this 13th day of January 2020,by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> CITY OFA EN HILL <br /> By: <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> AU <br /> JuIV Hanson, City Clerk <br />
