EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2020-018 <br /> RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING CITY PROJECTS SUBMITTED FOR STATE <br /> BOND FUNDING <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills has identified projects to be submitted for State <br /> Bond funding; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City identified projects that provide for a meaningful impact to not <br /> only the City, but also the region; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has submitted two projects for funding, the Arden Hills Water <br /> Main project and the Mounds View High School Trail Segments project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the normal process for bill consideration at the State Legislature is <br /> unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills, Minnesota, that it is formally establishing its priority for projects to be considered as <br /> the Arden Hills Water Main project as its first priority and the Mounds View High School <br /> Trail Segments project as its second priority. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 26TH DAY OF MARCH,2020. <br /> ATTEST: DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br /> QJ" �1 <br /> JU E ANSON, CITY CLERK <br />
