<br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2020-002 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ZONING CODE, SUBSECTION 1305.04 <br />AND SUBSECTION 1325.06 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13 - Zoning Code, Section 1305 – Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br />Definitions, subsection 1305.04 – Definitions, is hereby amended by adding the definition of <br />“Call Center” as follows: <br /> <br />1305.04 Definitions. (revised 07/27/20) <br /> <br /> Call Center. An office for providing incoming and outgoing telephone and computer <br />services, customer service, technical service, or telemarketing activities through <br />electronic communications. (added 7/27/20) <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 13 - Zoning Code, Section 1325– General Regulations, subsection <br />1325.06 – Requirements for Parking, Loading and Circulation, is hereby amended by adding the <br />reference to “Call Center” in subparagraph J., Off Street Parking Spaces Required, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1325.06 Requirements for Parking, Loading and Circulation. Off Street Parking Spaces Required: <br />Use Required No. of Spaces <br />Bingo Halls 1 for each 1.5 max. seating capacity <br />Bowling Alleys 5 for each lane plus spaces for related uses <br />Business & Professional Office 1 for each 250 sq. ft. of gross floor area <br />Call Center 1 for each 150 sq. ft. of gross floor area <br /> <br />Churches, Theaters, Auditoriums, 1 for every 3 seats (based on design capacity) <br />Mortuaries, and Other Places of <br />Assembly <br />1 for each doctor or dentist plus 1 for each nurse, technician, or <br />Clinics <br />professional and 1 for each 200 sq. ft. of gross floor area <br />Daycare, Nursery, and Pre-School 1 for each teacher or employee plus 1 for each 5 individuals <br />Facility receiving care (design capacity) <br />Dwelling, single and two-family 2 for each dwelling unit <br />Dwelling, multiple family 1.1 per efficiency and 1 bedroom dwelling units; 2 for each 2+ <br /> <br />
