'It <br />EN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE NO.2020-003 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, <br />SUBSECTION 660.05, SUBDIVISION 8 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />REGARDING REFUSE AND RECYCLING CONTAINERS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 6 Nuisances and Offenses, Section 660 — Garbage, Refuse, and <br />Recycling, Subsection 660.05 Containers and Placement of Containers, Subdivision 8 is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />Chapter 6 — Nuisances and Offenses <br />Section 660 — Garbage, Refuse, and Recycling <br />660.05 Containers and Placement of Containers <br />Subd. 8 Refuse and recycling containers from single-family dwellings shall be placed at the <br />end of the driveway after 6:00 p.m. the night before, or anytime on the day of collection. Waste <br />containers shall not be placed in the street. Containers shall be removed after pickup on the scheduled <br />collection day. <br />SECTION 2.
