��iIL ,S <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2021-018 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE KARTH LAKE RUNOFF CONTROL PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Karth Lake Runoff Control <br /> Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids <br /> were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> Pember Companies, Inc. $125,273.50 <br /> Lametti & Sons, Inc. $135,960.00 <br /> Vinco Inc. $163,450.00 <br /> Northdale Construction Co. $227,086.50 <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Pember Companies, Inc. of Menomonie, Wisconsin, is the <br /> lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills, Minnesota, that: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached <br /> contract with Pember Companies, Inc. Menomonie, Wisconsin in the name of the City of <br /> Arden Hills for the Karth Lake Runoff Control Project according to the plans and <br /> specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk. <br /> 2.
