<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2021-002 <br /> <br /> <br />On the 26th day of April, 2021, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br />Ordinance No. 2021-002, and by four affirmative votes (McClung excused) pursuant to Minn. <br />Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2021-002 be <br />published. <br /> <br />Appendix A of Ordinance 2021-002 entitled “Amended 2021 Fee Schedule” an <br />Ordinance Relating to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2021. The primary <br />purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update the Municipal Code to reflect amended fees <br />pertaining to illegal tobacco sales for the calendar year of 2021 to reflect Minnesota State Statute <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Tobacco Sales, Illegal First Offense: $300.00 <br /> Tobacco Sales, Illegal Second Offense within 36 months: $600.00 <br /> Tobacco Sales, Illegal Third Offense or any subsequent violation within 36 <br />months of initial violation: $1,000.00 and not less than a 7 business day <br />suspension and may be revoked (MN Statute 461.12, Subd. 2) <br /> <br /> A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2021-002 is available for inspection by any <br />person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
