'It <br /> ,ARQEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2021-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SNELLING AVENUE NORTH AND COUNTY ROAD E <br /> STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 2021,the City Council adopted Resolution 2021-022, ordering a <br /> public hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: <br /> Snelling Avenue North from Trunk Highway 51 to County Road E <br /> Cummings Lane <br /> Bussard Court from Snelling Avenue North to 100-Feet West of Snelling Avenue North <br /> Intersection of Snelling Avenue North and County Road E <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, <br /> and the hearing was held on April 26, 2021, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br /> an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br /> report. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the feasibility report as Area 1, <br /> Alternative 2. <br /> 3. The City of Arden Hills Engineering Department is hereby designated as the engineer <br /> for this improvement.
