SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-011 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br />ZONING CODE, SECTION 1320 AND <br />SECTION 1325 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on October 25, 2021, Ordinance No. 2021-011 was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2021-011, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends <br />the B-2 District Requirements Chart by increasing the Minimum Building Setbacks for Front Yard <br />from 20 to 50 feet, allowing for parking in the increased setback area; and amends Design <br />Standards for Window and Door Openings requiring that 50% of the first level building facades <br />facing public streets shall be comprised of transparent windows or doors in order to allow views <br />of interior uses and activities. <br />A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br />City's regular office hours or on the City's website. <br />APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />this 25th day of October, 2021. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />By�A���·..AJ�- <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />Published in the Pioneer Press on October 28, 2021. <br />218657vl
