I <br /> --AIVEN�HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2022-003 <br /> On the 13th day of June, 2022, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br /> Ordinance No. 2022-003, and by four affirmative votes (Radziej excused) pursuant to Minn. <br /> Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2022-003 be <br /> published. <br /> Appendix A of Ordinance 2022-003 entitled "Amended 2022 Fee Schedule" an <br /> Ordinance Relating to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2022. The primary <br /> purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update the Municipal Code to reflect the addition of a <br /> (no fee) permit for residents to host no more than two mobile food unit/food truck parties/events <br /> in a calendar year, the addition of a warning following a first offense for the residential property <br /> owner's failure to obtain a food truck permit, and an administrative penalty in the amount of <br /> $100 for a second offense for the residential property owner's failure to obtain a residential food <br /> truck permit. <br /> Appendix A- Amended 2022 Fee Schedule Ordinance 2022-003 will be effective on July <br /> 1, 2022. <br /> A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2022-003 is available for inspection by any <br /> person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway <br /> 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
