�r_ <br />EN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE NO.2022-005 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, <br />SUBSECTION 910.11, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS; CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 9 Building Regulations, Section 910 Swimming Pools, Subsection <br />910.11 Construction Standards, Subdivision 7 Safety Fencing, subparagraph A., is hereby amended <br />by deleting strikegwau -'' language and adding the underlined language as follows: <br />Chapter 9 — Building Regulations <br />Section 910 — Swimming Pools <br />910.11 Construction Standards. <br />Subd. 7 Safety Fencing; Height. <br />A. All pools shall be provided with safeguards to prevent children from gaining <br />uncontrolled access. This shall be accomplished with fencing of not less than fwe four 4 feet in <br />height. <br />SECTION 2.
