CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023-002 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENTS TO THE <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the <br />City Council for planning and zoning issues on the Planning Commission; for parks, trails and recreation <br />issues on the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee; and for the development and redevelopment in the <br />City of Arden Hills on the Economic Development Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 2, Section 220, Subsection 220.01, Subd. 7 and 7(A) states that <br />Commission and Committee Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years and each Member may serve <br />for no more than three (3) consecutive three-year terms. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council reappoints the following <br />individuals to serve on the designated Commission with three-year terms ending as noted: <br />Planning Commission: <br />Kurtis Weber - December 31, 2025 <br />Paul Vijims, Planning Commission Chair - December 31, 2023 <br />Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee (PTRC): <br />Kristine Poelzer - December 31, 2025 <br />Kerri Seemann - December 31, 2025 <br />Mark Kelliher - December 31, 2025 <br />Marie Hinton, PIRC Chair - December 31, 2023 <br />Economic Development Commission: <br />Rob Williams - December 31, 2025 <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 9TH DAY <br />OF JANUARY, 2023. <br />DAVID GRANT, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />JU�¼oN, CITY CLERK <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Web/ink by visiting cityofardenhi//s.org and clicking on Archived <br />Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage.
