,ARZEN,HILLS <br /> SUMMARY ORDINANCE NOS. 2023-002 AND 2023-003 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ZONING CODE, <br /> SECTION 1305, SUBSECTION 1305.04 <br /> AND SECTION 1320, SUBSECTIONS 1320.04, 1320.05 AND 1320.15 <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on April 10, 2023, Ordinance Nos. 2023-002 and <br /> 2023-003 were adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance Nos. <br /> 2023-002 and 2023-003, the following Summary of the ordinances has been prepared for <br /> publication. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinances adopted by the City Council adds <br /> the following: <br /> • Definition of Solar Energy System to Section 1305.04; <br /> • CD Conservation District to Subsection 1320.04 to provide for areas for the development <br /> of solar energy systems; <br /> • Solar Energy System to the Land Use Chart in Subsection 1320.05; and <br /> • Special Regulations for Conditional Uses to the Conservation District to Subsection <br /> 1320.15 which specifies additional requirements for the Solar Energy System to be <br /> evaluated as part of a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br /> City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN <br /> 55112.
