SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO.2023-004 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE ALLOWING <br />ACCESSORY COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL USES INCLUDING <br />HORSESHOES, BOCCE BALL OR CORNHOLE IN THE B-2 DISTRICT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on April 24, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-004 was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2023-004, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council <br />amends or adds the following: <br />• Section 1305 is updated by adding a definition for Commercial recreation, outdoor. <br />• Section 1320, subsection 1320.05 updates and replaces the Land Use Chart by <br />adding Commercial recreation, outdoor as an allowed Accessory Use in the B-2 <br />District. <br />• Section 1325.02 is amended by adding a new Subdivision 5, Accessory Commercial <br />Recreation — Outdoor. This subdivision allows outdoor commercial recreation in a <br />B-2 General Business District and specifies the requirements needed to obtain an <br />Administrative Permit to allow the outdoor recreational activities. <br />A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br />City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN <br />55112.
