�ENHILLS <br />ORDINANCE NO.2023-004 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 <br />SECTIONS 1305, 1320, AND 1325 <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE ALLOWING <br />ACCESSORY COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL USES INCLUDING <br />HORSESHOES, BOCCE BALL OR CORNHOLE IN THE B-2 DISTRICT <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13 — Zoning Code, Section 1305 — Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br />Definitions, Subsection 1305.04 - Definitions, is hereby amended adding the following underlined <br />definition: <br />• Commercial recreation, outdoor. An accessory commercial recreational use conducted <br />outdoor including but not limited to horseshoes, bocce ball, or cornhole. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 13 — Zoning Code, Section 1320 — District Provisions, Subsection <br />1320.05 — Land Use Chart, is hereby amended by replacing the chart in its entirety as follows: <br />1320.05 Land Use Chart. <br />See attached Attachment "A" for the Land Use Chart with the addition of Commercial <br />recreation, outdoor as an allowed Accessory Use in the B-2 District. <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 13 — Zoning Code, Section 1325.02 Accessory Uses, is hereby <br />amended by adding a Subdivision 5 as follows: <br />Subd. 5 Accessory Commercial Recreation - Outdoor. <br />A. Commercial Recreation — Outdoor shall onlypermitted in the B-2 General Business <br />District. <br />B. An Administrative Permit shall be required from the Community Development <br />Department to allow outdoor recreational activities. The Community Development Department <br />shall review a site plan and specifics of the proposed outdoor recreation area and may issue the <br />permit, subject to, but not limited to, the following requirements: <br />1.
