<br />. <br /> <br />'.. <br /> <br />'~,l <br />- <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-19 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of ~!E!eting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Ball in said village on Monday, the <br /> <br />10th day of May, 1971 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen <br />Olmen, Henderson and Herrick <br />and the following were absent: Cooncllman Hollenhorst <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Herrick <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT ON FLORAL DRIVE WATER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />as follows, <br /> <br />By resolution adopted April 26, 1971, the Council has <br />directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting <br />of the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances along <br />Floral Drive, west of Bamline Avenue, Banister Engineering was <br />also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted <br />by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as Floral Drive Water Improvement. <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Olmen <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br />
