RESOLUTION NO. 71-19 Extract of Minutes of ~!E!eting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota was duly held at the Village Ball in said village on Monday, the 10th day of May, 1971 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen Olmen, Henderson and Herrick and the following were absent: Cooncllman Hollenhorst Councilman Herrick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- INARY REPORT ON FLORAL DRIVE WATER IMPROVEMENT BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills as follows, By resolution adopted April 26, 1971, the Council has directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances along Floral Drive, west of Bamline Avenue, Banister Engineering was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Floral Drive Water Improvement. it The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Olmen and upon vote being
