-AII�)EN_ HILLS <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO.2023-008 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br />ZONING CODE, SECTION 1325 OF <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />vOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on August 28, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-008 was <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2023-0 8, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends <br />or adds the following: <br />Section 1325, Subd. 4.13 — Fence Regulations is updated by adding language in the <br />city code to identify criteria between a temporary and permanent fence in all zoning <br />districts as well as set a maximum height for fences in the Business and Industrial <br />Zoning Districts. <br />printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br />City's egular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN <br />55112.
