Crepeau. J.r.. <br />Councilman Charlie Crichton. Ward Ranson. James Wingert <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Counci.1man Rob.ert Woodbnrn <br /> <br />Councilman Cri.chton <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />80-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-78-5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Bills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-78-S as <br />last finally adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on OCtober 9, 1979, for <br />the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected <br />along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980~ and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners J and <br />
