Ward Hanson. <br /> <br />Mayor Henry J .Crepe.au. Jr.. <br />James Wingert <br /> <br />and the following, were absent: Councilmau Woodburn <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Crichton introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />'-I <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-20 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSf4ENTS RELAo.rn'lG TO <br />WATER IMPROVE!1ENT NO. 70-1 <br />AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEImNT NO. 16 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. <br />70-1 and sanitary Sewer Improvement NO. 16, as last finally <br />adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, 1971, for the <br />purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along <br />with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners, and <br />
