Crepeau,Jr., <br />Councilmen Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert <br /> <br />and the following wer.e absent: Councilman Rob'ert Woodburn <br /> <br />Councilman Crichton <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-19 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMEN'r NO. 6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />-. No.6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December <br />3, 1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to <br />be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964 ~ <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- <br /> <br />veyed by previous property owners ~ and <br />
