CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills, a statutory city under the laws of the State of Minnesota, owns certain easements over and across the land hereinafter described, said easements being registered in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, as Document Nos. 483139 and 534317, and WHEREAS, the land affected by the aforesaid ease- ments is situated in Ramsey county, Minnesota, and is de- scribed as follows: That part of the following described property: The Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, except all that part of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23 lying westerly of a lin8which is parallel to and 406 feet Easterly of the tvesterly line of said Northeast quarter, and also except the East 280 feet of the South 600 feet of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23; which lies northerly of a line described as commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of Section 27; thence north, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 27, a distance of 754.40 feet to the point of beginning of tre line to be dA- scribed; thence northwesterly, deflecting to the left 72 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds, a distance of 2762.53 feet, more or less, to the west line of said Northeast Quarter of section 27, and said line there terminating; and WHEREAS, contemporaneously herewith tre aforesaid land is being officially platted as Land 0' Lakes Addition, and WHEREAS, said plat will include the dedication of certain easements that will replace the two easements referenceo ab0ve by document numbers, and WHEREAS, the aforesaid dedication of easements will eliminate any further need by the City of Arden Hills for the easements referenced above by document numbers,
