<br />t- ....../'"' <br /> <br />,/ <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of ~1inutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 9, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hils met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 9th day of March, 1981, at,7:~0 ~'c~QCk p.m. <br /> <br />The following membeJ's" were pre~ent: Mayor Charlie Crich ton. <br />Councilmen Maurice Johnson and Janet Hol1enhorst <br />and the following were absent: Counei1men Robert Woodburn and <br />Diane MeA1lister <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 81-17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEt-1ENT NO. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills as <br />follows : <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted February 23, 1981, the Council <br />has directed the City consulting engineer to prepare a prelimi- <br />nary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />including that portion of the City of Arden Hills bounded by <br />Lexington Avenue on the east, County Road E on the south, S.T.H. <br />51 and Hamline Avenue on the west, and westerly extension of <br />Victoria Avenue on the north by the installation of storm <br />drainage facilities including reinforced concrete pipe ranging <br />in size from 18 inches through 72 inches in diameterl construc- <br />tion of detention basins, outlet structures and miscellaneous <br />appurtenances 1 and procurement of dJ'ainage easements. The <br />consulting engineer was also directed to include in the report <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to <br />whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
