<br />. <br /> <br />.' <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,. a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />February, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crichton, Council- <br />men Hollenhorst, McAllister, Johnson, Woodburn. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman John~on <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-1~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-81-l <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Arden Hills including all that property on Grey Fox Road between <br /> <br /> <br />State Trunk Highway 51 and Lexington Avenue by the installation of <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, miscellaneous drain- <br /> <br />age facillities, necessary appurtenances, and procurement of ease- <br /> <br />ments,and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of <br /> <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 <br /> <br />to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> <br />OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />
