<br />/ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at ,the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 26th <br /> <br /> <br />day of January, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crichton and <br />Councilmen Woodburn, Hollenhorst, McAllister and Johnson; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND PROCUREMENT OF COST ESTIMATE <br />FROM NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY <br />FOR PROJECT A OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota that the City shall request plans and specifications <br /> <br />and procure a cost estimate from Northern States Power Company <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />for Project A of Improvement No. P-80-l. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Councilmen Woodburn, <br />Hollenhorst and Johnson; and the following voted against: Mayor <br />Crichton and Councilman MCAllister; whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~.. <br /> <br />~J~W;~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />_ CD~ C~-l <br />~ <br />
