<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-9 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING HENRY J. CREPEAU, JR. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., has been a respon- <br />sible citizen of Arden Hills living on Siems Court since 1952, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., has worked to improve <br />his community by serving in various pOSitions in the St. Paul <br />Chamber of Commerce since 1946, the Lake Johanna Improvement <br />Association since 1951, the Arden Hills Sportsmen's Club since <br />1952 and the Arden Hills Jaycees from 1968 to 1972, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., diligently and directly <br />served and led the Village of Arden Hills as Trustee and Council- <br />man from 1958 through 1969 and as Mayor from 1970 through 1980, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., during,his yeara of <br />service was instrumental in arranging for municipal sewer and <br />water service, the Type A form of government and effective police <br />service, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the name, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., has becoae <br />a synonym for ~ignity, integrity and decency in the hearts of <br />his fellow citizens, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills will continue to <br />benefit froa the groundwork he has laid and the advice he will <br />aive; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of <br />Arden Hills expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Henry J.
