�r, <br />,1RQ�Hu.Ls <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2024-017 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />AT 1230 RED FOX ROAD AND <br />1221 CUMMINGS PARK DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, City Staff processed a complete land use application for a Site Plan Review <br />for the properties located at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 Cummings Park Drive ("Subject <br />Properties"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills ("The Applicant") is proposing to construct an eight <br />(8) foot tall security fence around the water tower that would be located within the required front <br />yard and in front of the principal structure on the Subject Properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Properties fall under an Industrial Zoning District and are guided <br />as Industrial and Utility on the Land Use Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a Site Plan Review is required for fencing located in front of the principal <br />structure in Business and Industrial Zoning Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council directed Staff to prepare a Land Use Application Public <br />Policy Notification to notify all property owners within 500 feet of Subject Property when a request <br />for the Planning Commission is to occur related to a land use application that does not require a <br />public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's obligation has been met where the Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission reviewed the application on March 6, 2024. All written comments submitted in <br />advance of the meeting were presented to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission considered the Applicant's request for a Site Plan <br />Review and, as such voted 6-0 in favor of recommending approval as presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br />Herby adopts Resolution 2024-017 approving Planning Case 24-003 for a Site Plan Review <br />for the properties located at 1230 Red Fox Road and 1221 Cummings Park Drive to install an eight <br />(8) foot tall security fencing around the perimeter of the water tower. <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
