Hoyt, Stromquist <br />Absent: Ashbach. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Hinutes for the June Z7 meeting of the Council were read and approvedo <br /> <br />J.!r. Carpenter, 1619 Lake Johanna Blvd.. a.gain appeared before Council concerning <br /> <br />the dra.inage problem being caused by the grading of the property adjoining his on <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Blvd. Mr. Carpenter stated that his land is being tresspassed upon <br /> <br />and that the road being built is coveril>g the stake markine ~IT. Carpenterls land. <br /> <br />Acting Attorney ~IT. Keys stRted that as yet Mr. Miske has not violated anyvillp~e <br /> <br />laws, and he would advise Mr. Carpenter to sue in a civil suit to get the drainage <br /> <br />back to >!hat it Was before the erad.ing WP.s started. on the adjoining land. As to the <br /> <br />tresspassing. t e Police Dept. may warn Mr. Miske not to tresspass on privg,te <br /> <br />property. It was stated. to Council that the roed. beiJ'~ built is to be turned over to <br /> <br />the village upon completion. After Council discussion, Council requested the clerk <br /> <br />to ~Irite to Mr. }liske asking if he has any intention of requesting the ville,o:e to <br /> <br />take over the road. when completed, and. if so, if he is familiar with the require- <br /> <br />ments made by the village before a road. is eccepted. by the villa-,:;e. Dr. Hoyt <br /> <br />.oved aLd. l-lr. McClung seconded. the motion that the clerk write to Mr. Miske and point <br /> <br />out complaints and problems relative to street constl"'u.ction in the villa,o:e. Motion <br /> <br />passed. <br /> <br />Mr. Ao D. Burke of 1249 Tiller L~ne requested that Council check into the problem <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />of obtaining a ll'lJUI' road off Tiller LIme as sho,,'!'. in the plat plan for Jos. Hill 2. <br /> <br />Dr. Hoyt moved., that Dr. Ingerson be requested to bring streets up to cond.ition as <br /> <br />passed by the council in the Jos.
