The minutes of the special meeting of December 6 1956 wel'e read and <br /> , <br /> approved. <br /> j,irs. Alban appeared to complain about failure of Mrs. Daly to discontinue <br /> kennel operation. <br /> Hoyt moved that the Village Attorney be requested to write Nws. Daly to <br /> cease operations at once. <br /> Mayor Ashbach indicated tb.a t N,r.s Daly had been !'equested to appear before <br /> the regular council meeting in January. <br /> Mr. A. J. ~leidon, 1956 Mounds Avenue appeared to report on having a <br /> dog situation at 1948 l,'lounds ,/\.venaa. Ml'. Anderson of that addl'ess has <br /> built a shack next to Mr. Kleidon' s garage. The place is left during the <br /> day with fire in it and constitutes a fire hazard. His dog knocks down <br /> a bo;; living with !vIr. Kliedon. <br /> The housing problem will be calledi:;o the li\uilding Inspector's attention. <br /> Mr. Weber was informed of the dog problem. <br /> Lic ense reques ts 1'01' Heet' s Cafe & Bar operated by Rita & Wm. Bebn were <br /> approved on motion by Hoyt and seconded by Delange. <br /> License requests for the Wagon Wheel Inn operated by Don Stecker were <br /> approved on motion b~ Ho;yt and seconded by Delange. <br /> Claims 965 thru 988 were presented. Hoyt moved that the above claims <br /> except claim #983 be approved.
