lt <br />,-iI�EN HILLS <br />Approved: April 14, 2025 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />MARCH 10, 2025 <br />5:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the City <br />Council Work Session at 5:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Kurt Weber and Tena Monson <br />Absent: Emily Rousseau (Excused) and Brenda Holden (Excused) <br />Also present: City Administrator Jessica Jagoe; Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />David Swearingen; Finance Director Joua Yang and Assistant to the City <br />Administrator/City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />Mayor Grant wanted to add an agenda item after the Zoning Code Update. Council will discuss <br />Odds and Ends Again. Council agreed to add the item. <br />1. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br />None. <br />2. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br />None. <br />3. AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. Parks System Planning Proposal <br />Bryce Shearen and Casey Byers of Bolton & Menk began the discussion on the Park System <br />Planning Proposal. <br />Bryce Shearen presented the proposal that was provided to Councilmembers in the agenda <br />packet. He said they would be happy to outline the plan or, to keep it brief, just stand for any <br />questions. He pointed out there is a fee schedule in the proposal outlining what this will cost the <br />
