IS <br /> AMENDED TO ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE 291 TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 6.C.2.d Covered Front Porches for Sinl!le-Familv Detached Dwellinl!s. In required <br /> front yard setback and side yard corner setbacks in thc R-l: Single Family Residential and R-2: <br /> Single & Two Family Residential Districts, covered front porches ("Covered Porch") may <br /> extend into the required front yard setback and side yard comer setback subject to the <br /> . rcquirements in this section. <br /> 1. For already developed lots on which a principal structure existed prior to May I, 2006, <br /> the Covered Porch shall not be closer to the front lot line and side yard corner as <br /> determined by the following provisions: <br /> (a) The Covered Porch shall be set back from the front lot line and side yard corner at <br /> least the nurnbcr of feet calculated by the following formula: <br /> Current principal strncture setback in feel multiplied by .75 = Covered <br /> Porch setback from the front lot line and side yard comer in feet <br /> (For example, if the principal structure is 32 feet from the front lot <br /> line, thcn: <br /> 32 feet * .75 = 24 foot setback from the front lot line and side yard <br /> corner for the Covered Porch.
