<br /> . - <br />. <br />. <br /> ~ <br /> ~HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 369 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE MINNESOTA STATE FIRE CODE <br /> The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains that Section 900.06 of the Arden <br /> Hills City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 900.06 FIRE CODE. The International Fire Code, including Appendix Chapter H, <br /> Fires or Barbeques on Balconies or Patios (See International Fire Code <br />. Section 101.2.1, 2000 Addition) as published by the International Code <br /> Council and amended by the State of Minnesota; and each and all of the <br /> regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the Minnesota State Fire <br /> Code, on file in the Office of the Building Officials of the City of Arden <br /> Hills, are hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the City of Arden Hills for <br /> regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire <br /> and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling, and use of <br /> hazard substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous <br /> to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises in the City <br /> of Arden Hills and providing for the issuance of permits for hazardous <br /> uses or operations. <br /> The geographic limits referred to in certain sections of the Minnesota <br /> State Fire Code are hereby established as follows: <br /> Section 3204.3.1.1. The storage of flammable cryogenic <br /> fluids in stationary containers is prohibited in zoning <br /> districts R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4. <br /> Section 3404.2.9.5.1. The Storage of Class I and Class II <br /> liquids in above-ground tanks s prohibited in all districts, <br /> except 1-2. <br />. Section 3804.2. The storage of bulk liquefied petroleum <br /> gas is restricted for the protection of heavily populated or <br />
