<br /> , <br /> , <br /> , <br /> . <br /> . ~ <br /> ~~HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 347 <br /> A Special Ordinanee <br /> Amending the Arden Hills Municipal Code Relating to Fees <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills hereby ordains that the Mnnicipal Code is <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Section 310.01 Establishment of Fees by Ordinanee. License and investigative <br /> fees for all licenscs required by the City pursuant to the provisions of this code and for the <br /> following types of licenses shall be establishcd by Ordinance and adopted by the City Council: <br /> Section 310.02 Payment Required. The license fees established by the City <br /> . Council as provided in Subsection 310.01 shall be charged and collected annually, unless another <br /> or differcnt term is stated in the Ordinance, before any license shall be issued under the <br /> provisions of this chapter or any other provision of this code. <br /> Section 310;03 Penalties for Late Payment. In the event of late payment of <br /> license fees established in the Ordinance, a penalty shall be imposed as provided in the fee <br /> schedule established by Subsection 31O.0l. <br /> Section 320.04 Limited Temporary Permits - Issuance. Permits required by the <br /> provisions of this section shall be issued upon payment of such fee as is required for the <br /> particular business, occupation or activity in the Ordinance adopted by the Council and as <br /> provided by this section. <br /> Sectiou 320.08 Limited Temporary Permits - Permit Fees Established by Ordinance. <br /> The permit fees for a permit to engage in the following types of business, occupations and <br /> activities shall be as established by Ordinance adopted by Council: <br /> Sectiou 330.01 Subd. 2 A.4 Licensed Businesses, Occupations and Activities - Coin- <br /> Operated Amusement Devices. As provided in Subsection 310.01, the fee for a coin- <br /> operated anmscment device license shall be established in an Ordinance adopted by Council. <br /> Section 330.01 Subd. 2 B.4 Licensed Businesses, Occupations and Activities - Amusement <br /> . Facilities Coin-Operated Amusement Devices As provided in Subsection 310.0 I, the fee for an <br /> amusement areade license shall be established by Ordinance adopted by the Council. <br /> #347 - 1 <br />
