The honrs of sale for licensed intoxicating liquor establishments are <br /> restricted as follows: <br /> . Subd. IOn-Sale Hours. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made by an on-sale <br /> licensee: <br /> A. Between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday; or <br /> B. After 2:00 a.m. on Sunday unless the licensee has also been issued a <br /> Sunday on-sale liquor license. <br /> Subd. 2 Sunday Sale Hours. A licensee which has been issued a Sunday on-sale <br /> liquor license may sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises in <br /> conjunction with the sale of food between 12:00 noon on Sunday and 2:00 a.m. on <br /> Monday. <br /> 510.04 Hours of Consumption. No person, including the licensee and his or her agents and <br /> employees, shall consume intoxicating liquor on the licensed premises after the hour of 2:15 <br /> . a.m. <br />
